Approaches to Enhance the Public Environmental Capacity in the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

Abstract

To enhance the public environmental capacity is the premise of building the ecological civilization. There are four aspects of enhancing the public environmental Capacity: to strengthen ecological civilization’s propaganda and education, to develop the awareness of the public environmental protection, to improve environmental knowledge of the public, involving in the further initiation of green consumption, the moderate consumption and the low-carbon life, and the strength of the public participation in environmental.
