Problems of English Extra-Curriculum Reading in Primary School and Solutions

Abstract

Extra-curriculum reading is an indispensable part of English course in primary school English learning; however, it hasn’t got its deserved attention due to lack of realization of its significance, inappropriate guidance, and ignorance of schools and family. It would be useful to probe into the causes and offer some strategies so as to draw educators’ attention to extra-curriculum reading.
