Research on the Electronic Commerce Talent Cultivation System of the Local Undergraduate Universities under Cross-border E-commerce Background

Abstract

The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce for cross-border e-commerce talent provides a huge demand for space, but also on e-commerce personnel training system put forward new requirements. This article has constructed the place undergraduate course university interstate electronic commerce personnel training “the core + assistance + support†the multi-level systems, in which core system including the curriculum construction and the practice construction system. Auxiliary system including teachers construction and teaching material construction system. The support system trains the system including the government policy system and the enterprise, and aimed at three big systems the constructions to propose the corresponding countermeasure.
