An Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Teacher-Student Relationship for Co-schooling Han Nationality and Ethnic Minorities
Abstract
In this study, four ethnic minority pupils and Han teachers from 7 districts and 1 county in Urumqi, Xinjiang, were selected as the subjects of the study. The random sampling method was used to analyze the relationship between the grade 3 and grade 4 and grade 5 and 6 Yearold students and teachers from four classes, 16 classes in total were selected for questionnaires and interviews. Result demonstration: The Urumqi national minority elementary student teacher and student relations overall condition is unoptimistic; In the sex variance analysis, female student's teacher and student relations is more positive than the male student; In the grade section variance analysis, three, the 4th class student and teacher's relations five, the sixth grade student are better than; In the different nationality's elementary student variance analysis, Han Nationality's student teacher and student relations is better than other three national minorities, but the difference is not big; In the different family type analysis, the complete family student's teacher and student relations compares the incomplete student's teacher and student relations; Whether in only child's analysis, non-only child student's teacher and student relations compared to only child student's good.
