The Research of the Present Situation for Current College Students Employment and Countermeasures

Abstract

Current college students' employment situations become more and more difficult in recent years. This article analyzes present situation for college students' employment based on a survey for China College graduates employment pressure in 2015, which was launched by Beijing Youth Pressure Management Service Center and Tencent Education Channel, then find out the characteristics and provide some constructive countermeasures to promote current college students employment successfully.
