Analysis on Current Situation of Undergraduate Contest and Innovative Talents Cultivating

Abstract

Institutions of universities pay attention to cultivate undergraduates’ synthesize practice ability. Undergraduates are encouraged to take part in technical ability contest. Undergraduate contest is double gain activity for cultivating undergraduate and promoting academy developing. Short-board problems appear and they restrict the deep-development of contest. And establishing undergraduate contest specialized guiding institution rely on innovative laboratory could be conductive to solve short-board problems.
