Abstract

On the basis of observing and analyzing 37 professional teachers’ classes from vocational colleges, some conclusion is drawn that the new education concepts that combining the work into study and student-centered teaching has become the mainstream ideology of the vocational education. And some problems still exist such as teachers have a better play in knowledge objective than competence objectives; there is some room to improve in teaching design and ability training. This paper goes on to seek answers to the question of how to design expertise in a way that recognizes the context-sensitive nature of expertise, without neglecting professional subjects and their developing skills and knowledge.
