Application Research of Maintenance Technology Based on Computer Virtual Technology

Abstract


With the development of computer technology, computer technology has been used to simulate human factors in the field of maintenance, that is, the application of human body data in maintenance engineering through advanced technology methods, so as to obtain the maintenance design principles and basis. Virtual Reality (VR) provides a new idea for ergonomics applied to equipment maintenance, that is, to build a virtual maintenance environment, introduce a digital human-machine model, and simulate the maintenance process to achieve the maintenance process. Simulation and corresponding ergonomics analysis provide a powerful aid for maintenance design and maintenance process analysis.
