Breakthrough in Employment Dilemma of Law Graduates in the Internet Plus Era

Abstract

With the arrival of the era of the “Internet Plusâ€, law graduates seem to have been caught in “red card†dilemma of employment, so how to break through employment dilemma of law-major students and achieve the aim of improving students’ competence and promoting the economic development by taking advantage of Internet technology, has also become the implication of realizing “Rule of Law in China Dreamâ€. Based on the analysis of the difficult situations of the law graduates employment and law talent cultivation, the paper argues that colleges and universities should fully combine law education with Internet to carry out employment-oriented education reform, that law-major students should change narrow employment view, and that the government should deepen judicial reform and the strengthen public faith in rule of law to break through law majors employment predicament.
