Chinese Mascot and Supernatural Being Thoughts Effect on Early Buddha Worship

Abstract

Buddha Worship was with a strong mascot and supernatural belief factors in early China. Not only the unearth relics can prove this phenomenon, but also early literature shows the worship of Buddha with a mascot and supernatural narrative. In this paper, I will be based on these narratives, plus some culture relics pictures to study early mascot and supernatural thoughts how to effect Buddha worship in China, and I also will inspect the theoretical source of the factors.
