Marx "Self-Actualization" Theory and Its Educational Implication

Abstract


Marx discussed the essence of man using scientific abstract analysis method and thought that man's nature is self actualization, Which people meet their own survival and development needs through their own practice activities, trained and developed their own ability, talent and personality, and realized their life ideal and life value. Marx put forward self actualization forms corresponding to the three major social form: the self-sacrifice form, the form of egoism, the form of personal and social development consistence. Marx's theory of self-actualization man is of great guiding value for the reform of education in China.
