Exploration on the Cultivating Model of Outstanding Engineer from Student to Postgraduate

Abstract

The cultivation of engineering talent is a system engineering with wholeness and layer. There is not connection among object, model and curriculum in the traditional cultivating engineering talent. “A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers†try to build whole cultivating system of excellent engineers by collaboration between universities and enterprises. The problem of lacking three connections stated above were solved in our practice of PETOE by continuously cultivating students and postgraduates. Three combination was paid more attention, which is the talent cultivating and the social requirement, the students’ object and the advanced engineering education technology.
