Abstract

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) vitality and potential of greatest innovation is the "mass entrepreneurship, and innovation" important participants in the activity. Based on the analysis of its ability to structure, further defined the performance evaluation index system using AHP for index weight of evaluation, and puts forward some suggestions.
