Research on the Construction of Information Disclosure Mechanism of the Power Market in China

Abstract

Based on the theory of information efficient market in information economics and institutional economics, we analyze the importance of perfect and effective information disclosure mechanism to the power market. We sum up the current situation and existing problems of information disclosure of the power market in China. Based on the new round of electricity reform results, the ideas and suggestions for the construction of information disclosure mechanism of China's electricity market will be put forward.
