Investigation and Analysis on the Use of WeChat Public Platform of the “985 Project†University Library

Abstract

University library undertakes the mission of spreading knowledge and serving readers. WeChat is widely used in college students and university library can better fulfill its mission by WeChat public platform. In this paper, investigation and statistics survey have been conducted, which are about the use of the WeChat public platform of "985 Project" university library. After analyzing the big data and finding out the existing problems, this paper makes suggestions for its improvement from three aspects: popularity, standardization and timeliness of platform.
