Rule of Law and Discrimination in Philosophy Implication

Abstract

Rule of law has become an important topic of Chinese law construction in academic circle. As an exotic vocabulary, we should understand specific linguistic environment and historical perspective of rule of law. Rule of law manifests the essence of law is free. In the ultimate significance, it pursues the living state of human beings which contains order, equality, fair, justice and so on many value demands. Although there are some relations among rule of law, faith by law, legal idea and belief in law, there are also the intrinsic differences by themselves.
