Influencing Factors of Adult College Student Satisfaction—Study Based on Grounded Theory

Abstract


With the idea of lifelong education being developed, schools as the main platform of education, should pay more attention to the students satisfaction and better meet the society’s demand for talents. Taking adult colleges students in Beijing as the research object, the influencing factors of adult college students satisfaction(ACSS) has been analyzed, using qualitative research method through open coding, spindle coding and selective coding, and establishes a theoretical mode. The study of the influencing factors contribute to adult educational institution to better understand the students’ needs for education quality, and provide useful reference for the improvement of adult education service quality.
