Association Rule Analysis on Impact Factors of Workforce Quota in Power Enterprise

Abstract


For the study of impact factors and their relationship of workforce quota in power supply enterprises, from the perspective of optimizing the management of human resources, an association rule analysis model for influencing factors of labor placement in power supply enterprises was established based on the data of category of main transformer maintenance in a city-level power supply enterprise. The results show that it is feasible to apply this method to study the influencing factors of workforce quota in power enterprise, and the association rule analysis conclusion can optimize the management of workforce quota in power enterprise.
