Mental Health Education and Human Career Development in Army

Abstract

Military mental health education is an important part of improving the combat effectiveness of the armed forces. This paper first introduces the means of psychological warfare in army. Then, combined with the current situation of mental health education, we find some problems. Finally, with the inspiration of psychological warfare method, the corresponding mental health education strategy of our army is put forward.
