The Application of Mindset in the Backward College Student Education
Abstract
Due to the special educational environment in China, a considerable number of college students do not adapt to the university's learning environment after entering the university, and it is easy to become a backward student. The thinking characteristics of backward students are often fixed thinking patterns. The growth thinking model proposed by Professor Carol Dweck, a behavioral psychologist at Stanford University in the United States, has a good effect on improving backward students. College students are easily trained in growth thinking, which can significantly improve their learning and living conditions. The experiments in this paper confirm this conclusion.
