Abstract

The classified management and support policies of private education gradually fall into place, and the performance evaluation of the special fiscal fund of private education is of great significance to the efficient and transparent government construction, as well as the development of private education. Integrating the "3E" principle of performance evaluation into the "production" logic framework is a great way to construct the index framework of the performance evaluation. In order to ensure the performance evaluation of special fiscal fund of private education, it is suggested to improve the financial performance evaluation legal system, to establish information disclosure mechanism and to improve the performance evaluation database.
