Abstract

The transformation of universities has become a strong trend of the times, which flushes to us in the area of the higher education, and under the background of the "new normal" economy, the transformation of universities has become a kind of new normal of reform of the higher education. In terms of micro, if a university needs a real substantial transformation, its space of development and transformation should be formed with three principal axes: ideological transformation, institutional transformation and school-running mode transformation.
