Research on the Solution to Employment Dislocation Among English Major Graduates from Private Colleges and Universities

Abstract

English major graduates from private colleges and universities encounter the pressures from more and more post-graduates, more graduates in public universities and worse employment environment, so they are confronting more and more serious employment displacement. How to deal with this problem is one of the most concerns for English major educators in private colleges and universities. This essay will analyze the employment displacement phenomenon and propose some effective solutions to this problem based on the macro-analysis and micro-investigation.
