Research on the Autonomous Cooperative Teaching Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract


The traditional teaching mode belittles practice and emphasis theory, regardless of the students' enthusiasm and interest in learning. However, the educational objective of the higher vocational colleges is to cultivate practical talents. Therefore, the reformation and innovation of the higher vocational education teaching mode must be carried out. This research analyses the effect of autonomous cooperative teaching mode in higher vocational colleges. The reformation of teaching mode consists of the following three parts: first, the autonomous cooperative teaching needs to improve the existing education system, to lay the foundation for the work of education. Secondly, to strengthen the capacity of building and promote the full implementation of the project is essential. Finally, strengthen the construction of educational resources, and enrich the connotation of the carrier. Proved by practice, the independent collaborative teaching mode can not only improve the learning atmosphere, but also improve students’ achievement, all-round development and enhance their comprehensive quality. It is worthwhile to promote and implement this mode in higher education institutions.
